Your inquiry

What you send.

The inquiry form sends Isaac the details he needs to respond to your request.

Information in the form.

Your inquiry includes your name, preferred contact method, the email address or phone number you provide, your selected service and timing, and any optional message, buyer or vehicle location, or answer about how you found me. You can review your answers before sending.

The form does not ask for payment details or sign you up for marketing. Please leave out payment card numbers, account credentials, and sensitive documents.

Understanding how people find the service.

During your visit, this site keeps a small source record in your browser’s session storage: the first public page you visited, the referring website’s origin when available, the service page that led to your inquiry, and recognized source labels such as Google, ChatGPT, or social media. That record is included if you send an inquiry. It helps Isaac understand which pages and referrals lead to useful conversations.

This source record does not include your search terms, the referring page’s full address, advertising IDs, or a browsing history. It uses no tracking cookie or third-party analytics service. Browser session storage normally ends when the tab’s session ends; if storage is unavailable, the site still works with the information available on the current page.

How it gets to Isaac.

When you send the form, it goes through FormSubmit to Isaac’s email inbox. The 805CarGuy website does not keep a database of inquiry submissions. The email and FormSubmit are separate from the website.

For FormSubmit’s handling of submitted information, see FormSubmit’s privacy policy (PDF).
