I have been working in the automotive industry since 2000, across more than a dozen dealerships, with experience ranging from Honda to Volkswagen to Porsche. That tenure covers how vehicles are sourced and priced, how deals are structured, where margin lives, and how to recognize a good one from one that just looks like it.

My clients have ranged from working-class families to A-list celebrities. The service is the same for both — patient, candid, and aligned to what they actually need rather than what is convenient to sell.

Both. New, used, certified pre-owned, private-party sales, and out-of-state purchases. If there is a vehicle and a deal to be made, I can help you navigate it.

How does Service Coordination differ from a regular shop or dealer?

I do not perform the work. I help you evaluate quotes, identify whether a recommended repair is necessary, route you to trustworthy local shops, and stay on top of warranty and recall matters. It is a layer of advocacy between you and the service writer — without the markup.
